Effective date
These terms take effect on 2026-10-26 . If language versions differ, the English version governs.

Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you create an account, connect an AI agent or subscribe. The privacy policy and the refunds and cancellation policy are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service scope
Axiocairn provides access to research reports, data and model research for reading. Available reports, query allowances and access methods depend on the selected plan. The free Reader plan needs no payment.
Research use only
Research report for general information. Includes model outputs. Not personalized, not investment advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell. We do not manage accounts. Research is general information rather than personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Model outputs are research outputs and can be wrong or incomplete. No performance is guaranteed. Check the data cutoff and limitations in each report. The service does not hold or manage investment accounts. Investment losses are possible. Verify information and consider consulting a licensed adviser before making a decision.
Accounts and sign-in
You can sign in with Google, with GitHub or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Several sign-in methods can be linked to one account. An account is for one person. Keep your email account and sign-in provider account secure, because anyone who controls them can sign in as you. The privacy policy explains what we receive from Google and GitHub.
Plans and prices
Plan names, prices in US dollars, billing intervals and included allowances are listed on the Plans page and shown again at checkout. These terms do not repeat the prices. Review the plan, total amount, billing interval and charge date at checkout before you pay.
What each plan includes
Reader (free): all sample reports in full, and the headline and summary of today’s pre-market, midday and closing briefs. The full text of those briefs, the Model Desk Daily and the House View need a paid plan. Desk: the full text of all briefs, the Model Desk Daily and the House View from today and the previous 90 days, and Stock Model Assessments, company research and event studies on request within the plan’s generation allowances. Desk Pro: everything in Desk, plus higher generation allowances, the full history, and CSV and JSON downloads. The website and MCP follow the same rules, and our server checks your plan before it returns a report. Generation allowances are listed under Fair use and on the Pricing page.
Launch offer
The launch price applies to subscriptions completed before 2026-12-31 23:59:59 US Eastern Time. On monthly billing, the launch price applies for the first 12 monthly payments; on annual billing, it applies to the first year. After that, the subscription renews at the regular price shown on the Plans page. Checkout applies one discount only, so the launch offer cannot be combined with invitation codes.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Checkout states the renewal price and interval before you pay. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further renewal charge is made. To cancel, sign in and choose Manage subscription on your account page (handled by the Stripe customer portal), or email contact@axiocairn.com.

Payments by Stripe and receipts
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. Each subscription payment creates a Stripe invoice. Manage subscription on your account page opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can see past invoices and update your payment method. For a billing question, email us with the receipt reference.
Refunds
Annual plans qualify for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, no prorated refunds are provided. You may cancel renewal at any time and use the service until the end of the paid period. Monthly plans have no prorated refunds; after cancellation, you may use the service until the end of the current billing period. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Duplicate charges or system errors qualify for a full refund. When we refund a subscription payment, we also cancel that subscription. The refunds page explains how to ask for one.
AI agents and MCP connections
You can connect an AI agent to your account, for example through MCP. You approve each connection on a consent screen. A connection can read only the reports included in your access. It cannot make payments or change your account. A connection stays active until it is revoked. To revoke one, email contact@axiocairn.com. Deleting your account revokes all connections. If a paid subscription ends, connected agents keep only the free Reader access. The AI agent’s provider handles what it receives under its own terms.
License and prohibited uses
Copyright and related rights in reports, charts, model outputs, data and content fingerprints belong to Axiocairn or its licensors. A subscription gives you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to read and use the material for your own research. You may not: resell, sublicense, rent, transfer or otherwise distribute reports or their content for payment; use reports, charts or model outputs commercially, including in paid communities, paid courses, subscription newsletters, fee-charging advisory work or client deliverables; republish, redistribute or upload them to public platforms; remove or obscure watermarks, labels, disclosures or content fingerprints; scrape, bulk-download or automatically copy content; use our content to train, fine-tune or benchmark any AI model or to build a dataset that competes with the service; or share accounts or access credentials. Permitted: personal research reference, and brief quotation credited to Axiocairn without implying endorsement. We may embed visible or invisible account-identifying marks in reports and charts to trace leaks. On breach we may suspend or terminate access without refund and reserve all legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages. For team or commercial licences, contact contact@axiocairn.com.
Fair use
Desk includes 30 new report generations per month, including up to 10 company research reports and event studies combined. Desk Pro includes 120 new report generations per month, including up to 40 company research reports and event studies combined. Viewing reports that have already been generated does not use generation allowances and has no view-count limit, subject to fair-use rate protection. Monthly and annual subscriptions have the same monthly generation allowances. Scripted bulk abuse, parallel scripts that bypass limits and account sharing are prohibited. Excess use is throttled first, followed by an account notification. API keys are not currently available.

Access, availability and acceptable use
Protect access credentials; do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass plan limits or disrupt the service. Report access depends on the purchased plan and available records. Generation schedules are estimates; interruption and missing results are possible. No investment outcome or delivery time is promised.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Cancelling a paid plan stops future charges. Deleting your account on the account page ends sign-in and revokes connected AI agents. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access as set out under License and prohibited uses. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data after deletion.
Cookies
Sign-in uses three first-party cookies that the service needs in order to work. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The privacy policy describes each cookie and how long it lasts.
Data sources and their limits
Reports are built from third-party market and financial data and our own calculations. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and it remains subject to its providers’ terms. A subscription does not give you any right to the raw third-party data. Some content may be limited or withdrawn if a data source stops being available.
Method Audit service
Method Audit is a separately scoped review of the method behind a strategy backtest or performance claim. It is not investment advice and does not assess future returns. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they supply and for their right to share it. Scope, data arrangements and confidentiality are agreed before work begins. Findings depend on the evidence supplied. Work starts after the customer accepts a quote and pays an invoice issued by the founder. The subscription refund rules on this page do not apply to Method Audit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available. Axiocairn is not liable for investment decisions or trading losses, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies, and the effective date at the top shows when it took effect. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel your subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
